Adverline produces a file which contains information on all of its members. The purpose Adverline pursues by gathering this information is to manage the corresponding accounts. Adverline reserves the right to report and exploit these statistics before any third party in a non-nominal manner, in accordance with the conditions foreseen by Law. The member expressly consents to the creation of this file, which contains all of the information which Adverline may gather regarding the use of the Adverline.com website.
By virtue of Law n.° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 regarding computers, files and liberties, each members possesses the rights of opposition to (Art. 26 of the Law), access to (Articles 34 through 38 of the Law) and rectification of (Art. 36 of the Law) the information concerning them, information which they provided when opening their account on the Adverline site. Because of this, each member can demand that the information concerning him or her be modified, completed, clarified, updated or eliminated if it is inaccurate, incomplete, mistaken or obsolete. To do so, a member needs only to send a request by e-mail using our Contact web page.
Cookies
One or more "cookies" may be placed on the hard drive of each member/user, mainly so that Adverline can recognize the member when he or she connects to the site, facilitate the management of his or her account and produce statistics on the hits made to the member's Adverline site.
Each member authorizes the placement of "cookies" and their use by Adverline. The members are hereby informed of the possibility of rejecting the installation of "cookies", especially in browsers like Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.
At the same time, Adverline uses this same technique with cookies to optimize advertising campaigns and measure audiences. These cookies do not store any personal information (name, address, telephone number, etc.), in compliance with Law n.° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. Any Internet users may set up their computers so that they will reject or eliminate these cookies.
